Job Description
As a Store Worker, you will perform general tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the store. This role is ideal for someone looking to add value in a physically active and customer-facing position.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
- Ability to perform hard manual labor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
- Advantage: Experience in the agricultural field.
Duties and Responsibilities
General Housekeeping:
- Maintain the tidiness of the store and premises.
- Perform cleaning duties regularly.
Stock Handling:
- Load and offload stock as per policies and procedures.
- Assist customers and suppliers with stock handling.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service to customers and suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
Other Duties:
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Skills Required
- Service Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in stock handling and general duties.
- Physical Fitness: Excellent health to perform manual labor tasks.
