Job Overview

Absa Bank is looking for a Team Assistant to provide secretarial, general office, and administrative support to managers and teams. The role involves handling stakeholder expectations, quality assurance, and document processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining files and processing paperwork.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide necessary support.
  • Ensure quality assurance in services and processes.
  • Meet deadlines and complete tasks timeously.
  • Verify and check information for accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Office Administration (Required).
  • Experience in office administration will be advantageous.
