Role Summary

Clover is looking for an Administrative Controller to support Production Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing calculations, data analysis, system administration, and logistics audits.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 | National Certificate
  • Language: Business English (Fluent)
  • Computer Literacy: Intermediate
  • Experience:
    • Working with senior management
    • Applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing and Cost Management

  • Calculate actual transfer prices and analyze data for deviations
  • Maintain cost master and update pricing in ERPLX
  • Calculate and validate internal product prices
  • Update raw milk and customer prices

2. Bill of Materials (BOM) Administration

  • Change monthly BOM master and prepare production journals
  • Create new Clover products on BPCS system
  • Maintain internal client requirements for BPCS master files

3. Budget and Reporting

  • Upload budget raw ingredients and packaging costs to ERPLX
  • Analyze budget vs actual data
  • Generate monthly performance reports for procurement, supply chain, and finance

4. Systems Integration & Automation

  • Automate transfer price calculations and procurement price uploads
  • Work with IT to develop system improvements
  • Implement process optimizations

5. Logistics and Compliance

  • Place purchase orders for production, quality, and milk procurement
  • Conduct annual branch audits and report findings
  • Support financial audits and year-end stock counts
