Job Description

SPAR is looking for an Administrator to join their team in Mitchell's Plain. The role involves managing internal controls, payroll, tenant administration, and general office administration to support the profitability and efficiency of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts administration
  • Staff and payroll administration
  • Tenant correspondence and processing
  • General office administration
  • GRV administration
  • Recipe costing processing
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Manager/Director

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in office administration within the retail sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Own transport required
  • Knowledge of retail systems (SPAR SIGMA advantageous)
  • Clear criminal and credit record (vetting will be conducted)

Remuneration: Market-related
