Job Description

Motus Aftermarket Parts in Meadowview is looking for an Administrator: Costing to assist with general costing, processing Clearing Agent invoices, and maintaining close communication with Product Managers and Warehouses. The successful candidate will report to the respective manager of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Costing & Rate Calculations:

    • Compute costs and calculate shipment rates.
    • Set up costing reports and submit them for review and approval.
    • Process Clearing Agent invoices on the relevant ERP system.
    • GRV goods received on the relevant ERP system.
  • Reporting & Communication:

    • Compile GRV reports and submit them to the relevant departments.
    • Address queries received from the Warehouse and Procurement Departments.
    • Handle other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric/Grade 12 (essential).
  • Degree/Diploma (advantageous).
  • Basic understanding of Imports.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Excel and Pivots.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Clear criminal and ITC records.
