Job Overview

FNB is seeking a Retention Administrator to join the Motovantage team. The role requires an efficient and detail-oriented individual to manage cancellation processes, ensure accurate data management, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cancellation Processing

  • Handle customer cancellation requests efficiently.
  • Ensure all required documents are collected and processed.
  • Accurately calculate and process refunds where applicable.
  • Investigate and resolve customer cancellation issues.

2. Customer Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding cancellations.
  • Provide information about policies and potential refunds.
  • Address disputes and work towards timely resolutions.

3. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
  • Generate daily reports on refunds for approval.
  • Provide insights on cancellation trends and customer feedback.

4. Process Improvement

  • Assist in developing improved processes for better service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Call centre experience (beneficial).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
