Job Overview
FNB is seeking a Retention Administrator to join the Motovantage team. The role requires an efficient and detail-oriented individual to manage cancellation processes, ensure accurate data management, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cancellation Processing
- Handle customer cancellation requests efficiently.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and processed.
- Accurately calculate and process refunds where applicable.
- Investigate and resolve customer cancellation issues.
2. Customer Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding cancellations.
- Provide information about policies and potential refunds.
- Address disputes and work towards timely resolutions.
3. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
- Generate daily reports on refunds for approval.
- Provide insights on cancellation trends and customer feedback.
4. Process Improvement
- Assist in developing improved processes for better service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Call centre experience (beneficial).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
