Job Description
Nissan Renault Tygervalley is looking for an Administrator: Parts to manage the workflow of paperwork related to parts purchases, sales, credits, and orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders and stock orders upon manager approval.
- Ensure correct parts are received at the right prices.
- Handle discrepancies, returns, and price adjustments as needed.
- Clear negative stock from dealer system reports.
- Assist with stock takes, adjustments, and count sheet inputs.
- Provide excellent service when handling parts and customer queries.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, salespeople, and internal staff.
- Follow up on credits, outstanding payments, and reconciliation queries.
- Secure and process cash sales, ensuring accounts are updated.
- Maintain accurate records of stock discrepancies and supplier issues.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: Motor industry experience is essential; previous parts administration experience is advantageous.
