Position Overview
BME, a division of Omnia, is looking for an Administrator to handle record-keeping, document control, and administrative functions on a temporary basis.
Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Key Responsibilities
1. System Management
- Ensure restricted access to confidential data
- Maintain system integrity (SharePoint, AX, D365, etc.)
- Upload and update documentation on systems
- Track and follow up on workflow in the system
2. Administrative Support
- Manage departmental purchases and payments
- Ensure SHERQ compliance
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy in Excel & Microsoft AX
