Job Overview

The Administrator will handle administrative functions related to training compliance across all plants, including record-keeping and document control.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year of demonstrated experience as an Administrator

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma in Administration

Key Responsibilities

System Management

  • Maintain access control for confidential data.
  • Ensure all systems, including Matrix, are up to date.
  • Upload relevant information to systems for easy access.
  • Update and track workflow documentation.

Administrative Duties

  • Schedule and update contractor training bookings.
  • Assist contractors with LMS navigation for training.
  • Handle internal training bookings.
  • Notify plants of training completion.
  • Monitor and assist trainees.
  • Process training reset requests.
  • Ensure SHERQ compliance, including accreditation and validity of training.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX
  • Attention to detail
