Main Purpose of the Role
The Administrator will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders from the Operations department
- Capture orders and create delivery notes
- Process delivery notes on green sheets and capture invoices
- File overtime forms and submit wages to payroll monthly
- Follow up on clocking system anomalies
- Compile and submit night-out schedules for approval
- Maintain and update office filing systems
- Capture and update records as needed
- Prepare monthly diesel reports and follow up on outdated slips
- Conduct diesel card reconciliations
- Monitor and control daily diesel card limits
