Position Overview
An opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join our dynamic team in Mitchell's Plain – Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. This role is responsible for ensuring strong internal controls, efficient system usage, and contributing to store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Administration – Overseeing financial records and transactions.
- Staff and Payroll Administration – Managing employee records and payroll processing.
- Tenant Administration – Handling correspondence and processing tenant-related documentation.
- General Office Administration – Ensuring smooth daily operations and document management.
- GRV Administration – Managing goods received vouchers.
- Recipe Costing Processing – Calculating and managing recipe costs.
- Reporting – Providing reports directly to the Senior Manager/Director.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Experience as an Office Administrator in the Retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Own transport is required.
- Knowledge of SPAR SIGMA systems is advantageous.
- Must have a clear criminal and credit record (vetting will be conducted).
