Position Overview

An opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join our dynamic team in Mitchell's Plain – Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. This role is responsible for ensuring strong internal controls, efficient system usage, and contributing to store management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Administration – Overseeing financial records and transactions.
  • Staff and Payroll Administration – Managing employee records and payroll processing.
  • Tenant Administration – Handling correspondence and processing tenant-related documentation.
  • General Office Administration – Ensuring smooth daily operations and document management.
  • GRV Administration – Managing goods received vouchers.
  • Recipe Costing Processing – Calculating and managing recipe costs.
  • Reporting – Providing reports directly to the Senior Manager/Director.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Experience as an Office Administrator in the Retail sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Own transport is required.
  • Knowledge of SPAR SIGMA systems is advantageous.
  • Must have a clear criminal and credit record (vetting will be conducted).
