Job Overview
Europcar’s Ladysmith branch is looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist customers with their rental needs, from vehicle check-out and returns to handling reservations and queries. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle check-out, check-in, and reservations.
- Process amendments, cancellations, and monitor reservations.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Perform general office duties (e.g., capturing fuel, scanning documents, handling claims reports).
- Ensure security and quality control of vehicles and company property.
- Identify and report expired licenses, maintenance issues, and non-compliant vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the branch.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or front office experience.
- License: Code 8 driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Other:
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
