Job Description

TWK Agri is seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead in the IT Division based in Pretoria, Gauteng. The successful candidate will enhance business systems and processes to align with company strategy and operational needs while leading a team of IT Business Analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT Business Analysts.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships (internal & external).
  • Analyze, define, and manage business requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Map and document existing business processes.
  • Develop standard templates for requirement specifications.
  • Translate user needs into functional requirements for developers.
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure accurate interpretation of specifications.
  • Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate discussions to align requirements with project objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives and provide user training.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Business Administration.
  • BABOK certification (Advantageous).
  • 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management software.
  • Experience in business and technical requirement analysis and process modeling.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
