Salary & Benefits
- Basic Annual Salary: R216 417.00
- Plus: 37% in lieu of benefits
Role Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Training Unit for WIL student programmes, internships, postgraduate studentships, and staff studies.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 (NQF 2) with 5 years relevant work experience OR
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 4 years relevant work experience
- Higher education qualification/diploma (NQF 5) would be an advantage
Key Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organizing abilities
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Experience with student and intern programmes is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and collate applications for WIL student programmes, internships, postgraduate studentships, and postdoctoral fellowships
- Monitor attendance, work plans, assessments, and mentor support for WIL and internship programmes
- Collate and track staff bursary applications and study progress
- Review monthly expenditure against budget
- Digitize archival records
