Job Description
Old Mutual is looking for an MFC Administrator to provide administrative support within a processing environment. The role requires adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards while handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Processing
- Deliver daily production targets and follow standardized processes.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle immediate administrative requirements according to procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and coordinate tasks effectively.
Personal Effectiveness
- Manage own workload, ensuring timely task completion.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Quality Assurance
- Perform quality checks on documentation and processes.
- Ensure compliance with business policies and standards.
Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar administrative role
Additional Responsibilities
- Administration: Support Microsoft Office tasks, financial transactions, and record-keeping.
- Document Management: Maintain organized records and correspondence.
- Work Scheduling: Manage own schedule and coordinate with support teams.
- Operations Management: Perform tasks following established business processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining effective internal client relations.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Extract and input relevant data into required formats.
