Job Description

Old Mutual is looking for an MFC Administrator to provide administrative support within a processing environment. The role requires adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards while handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Processing

  • Deliver daily production targets and follow standardized processes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle immediate administrative requirements according to procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation and coordinate tasks effectively.

Personal Effectiveness

  • Manage own workload, ensuring timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
  • Adhere to company values and service standards.
  • Continuously develop and improve skills.

Quality Assurance

  • Perform quality checks on documentation and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with business policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar administrative role

Additional Responsibilities

  • Administration: Support Microsoft Office tasks, financial transactions, and record-keeping.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized records and correspondence.
  • Work Scheduling: Manage own schedule and coordinate with support teams.
  • Operations Management: Perform tasks following established business processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining effective internal client relations.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Extract and input relevant data into required formats.
