Job Overview
getWorth is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Natis Administrator to manage the end-to-end e-Natis processing and registration. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-Natis documentation from vehicle acquisition to delivery.
- Coordinate communication between departments, financial institutions, customers, and service providers.
- Handle client requests, including personalized number plates and out-of-area licenses.
- Compile, coordinate, and finalize all required documentation, contracts, and filings.
- Liaise between Sales, Finance, and Acquisitions teams.
- Administer traffic fines and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12.
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Language: Fluent in English (additional languages such as Xhosa, Zulu, or Afrikaans are advantageous).
- Other Requirements:
- No criminal record.
