Job Overview

getWorth is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Natis Administrator to manage the end-to-end e-Natis processing and registration. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-Natis documentation from vehicle acquisition to delivery.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, financial institutions, customers, and service providers.
  • Handle client requests, including personalized number plates and out-of-area licenses.
  • Compile, coordinate, and finalize all required documentation, contracts, and filings.
  • Liaise between Sales, Finance, and Acquisitions teams.
  • Administer traffic fines and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Language: Fluent in English (additional languages such as Xhosa, Zulu, or Afrikaans are advantageous).
  • Other Requirements:
    • No criminal record.
    • Contactable references.
