Patient Records Administrator

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate filing of all patient and hospital information to support efficient operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Keep the filing system up to date.
  • Ensure best practices in record-keeping while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Manage stock levels and order stationery for the Patient Admin department.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of business process interrelations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for record storage and destruction.
  • General filing skills.
