Job Purpose
To ensure accurate filing of all patient and hospital information to support efficient operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Keep the filing system up to date.
- Ensure best practices in record-keeping while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Manage stock levels and order stationery for the Patient Admin department.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of business process interrelations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for record storage and destruction.
- General filing skills.
