Job Description
A career opportunity has arisen at the Milling site for an efficient, discreet, and self-motivated individual to provide secretarial and administrative support in the admin office, reporting to the Mill Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage paperwork and filing systems.
- Arrange local travel and related requirements.
- Coordinate and set up meetings/events.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain housekeeping for executive site visits.
- Provide office administrative support.
- Take and write meeting minutes.
- Manage and coordinate diaries.
- Handle ad hoc requests.
- Communicate effectively (verbal and written).
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12.
- A Degree will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in a similar position.
