Job Description

A career opportunity has arisen at the Milling site for an efficient, discreet, and self-motivated individual to provide secretarial and administrative support in the admin office, reporting to the Mill Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paperwork and filing systems.
  • Arrange local travel and related requirements.
  • Coordinate and set up meetings/events.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain housekeeping for executive site visits.
  • Provide office administrative support.
  • Take and write meeting minutes.
  • Manage and coordinate diaries.
  • Handle ad hoc requests.
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written).

Qualification Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • A Degree will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years in a similar position.
