Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service standards.
• Train, manage, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as required.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements to elevate the experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of quality products.
• Organize and oversee special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Previous supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a coffee shop setting.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Certification in hospitality or management is an advantage.
