This position reports to the Marketplace Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance within the sales team to meet acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition roadmaps for each category.
- Manage the sales process to ensure accurate data and efficiency.
- Build sales dashboards to track key productivity metrics.
- Support under-performing sellers and implement corrective actions.
- Develop growth plans for strategic sellers.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales & Account Managers team.
- Set monthly goals aligned with business targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales & Account Managers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales environment.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- E-commerce experience is advantageous.
