Position Purpose

Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) invites unemployed South African graduates (ages 18-35) to apply for a two-year structured graduate development programme. The programme provides institutional and on-the-job training in various functional areas, offering valuable work experience to enhance employability. Progress will be assessed every six months to ensure alignment with candidate and organisational expectations.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc in Horticulture / National Diploma or related qualification.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • South African citizenship is mandatory.

Programme Structure & Outputs
