Job Description
Anglo American is looking for an AOM Clerk to provide administrative support to the team and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Safety and Health:
- Follow all health and safety rules.
- Promote good housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
✅ Administration:
- Handle general office tasks, including diary management and order processing.
- Enter SAP Work Order (WO) feedback accurately.
- Take minutes during meetings for record-keeping.
- Manage timesheets and time-related documents.
- Issue incentive vouchers for safety achievements.
✅ Document Control:
- Ensure documents meet company policies and are filed properly.
- Keep documentation organized and accessible.
✅ Assistance:
- Support team members as needed, following instructions from supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate / N3 Technical
- SA Driver’s License (Code B)
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of administrative experience (preferably in a technical or industrial environment).
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Understanding of vehicle and equipment components.
- Ability to read blueprints and manuals for maintenance purposes.
- Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and SORD systems.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
