Job Purpose

Provide professional advice on beauty and skincare products, manage merchandise, and deliver exceptional service to build customer loyalty and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers, answer questions, and recommend products to meet their needs.
Drive sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to hit monthly targets.
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements for better product offerings and sales growth.
Stay updated on beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to advise customers accurately.
Manage stock to prevent shrinkage and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are always on point.
Deliver outstanding customer service — be a friendly, professional brand ambassador.
Promote Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to hit participation targets.
Boost sales of private label and exclusive products to grow profitability and brand loyalty.
Live and promote the company's values to keep Clicks the top choice for health and beauty.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Essential).
Beauty/Skincare qualification (Desirable).

✅ Experience:

Beauty/skincare/retail/FMCG/sales/marketing experience (Desirable).
