Introduction
To service business partners and clients through the Admed front office, primarily via inbound and outbound calls. The role also includes support in mailbox coordination and data capturing when required.
Role Purpose
Provide professional client service through the Admed call centre and offer additional support in related administrative functions.
Requirements
- Matric
- Certificate in customer service training or call centre skills AND administration skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an inbound call centre
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
- Experience in gap cover, medical scheme servicing, or administration (advantageous)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist with membership, premium, and claims queries
- Manage irate customers with professionalism and patience
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant teams
- Make outbound calls as required
- Support email handling during high-volume periods
- Ensure excellent customer service to clients, intermediaries, and colleagues
- Manage complaints effectively
- Assist with general administration tasks
- Uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, particularly Outcome 6
