Job Description

The Sanlam Retail Affluent cluster provides clients across various market segments with a wide range of financial solutions, including life insurance, retirement, health, and investment services. As a Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing professional, effective services to brokers, advisors, and customers, particularly through inbound calls.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to brokers, advisors, and clients.

  • Resolve client policy service inquiries through effective communication.

  • Meet customer expectations, ensuring quality and timely responses in line with company standards.

  • Work in a call centre environment with responsibilities in front office and administration.


Role Requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric/Grade 12

  • A diploma or degree from a tertiary institution will be an advantage.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous telephonic customer service experience in life insurance.

  • Experience in assurance administration.

  • Competent in the administration of life covers, retirement annuities, savings plans, and investments.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
