Job Description

Reports to: CIT Claims Manager

The CIT ATM Claims Administrator will be responsible for processing and managing CIT (Cash-in-Transit) claims, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and liaising with branches to resolve claim-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and process CIT claims on the ICBM system.
  • Receive and review CIT investigation dockets.
  • Communicate with branches to address claim-related queries.
  • Capture and update CIT claims on the system.
  • Close CIT claim files and ensure proper filing of all documents.
  • Request outstanding documents from branches.
  • Distribute weekly CIT claims reports.
  • Assist management with assigned duties.
  • Handle and resolve client and branch queries related to claims.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (Post-matric qualification advantageous).
  • Experience in claims and insurance is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical working approach.
  • Ability to liaise professionally at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the security industry is an advantage.
  • Own transport is essential.
