Job Description
Reports to: CIT Claims Manager
The CIT ATM Claims Administrator will be responsible for processing and managing CIT (Cash-in-Transit) claims, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and liaising with branches to resolve claim-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and process CIT claims on the ICBM system.
- Receive and review CIT investigation dockets.
- Communicate with branches to address claim-related queries.
- Capture and update CIT claims on the system.
- Close CIT claim files and ensure proper filing of all documents.
- Request outstanding documents from branches.
- Distribute weekly CIT claims reports.
- Assist management with assigned duties.
- Handle and resolve client and branch queries related to claims.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Post-matric qualification advantageous).
- Experience in claims and insurance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical working approach.
- Ability to liaise professionally at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the security industry is an advantage.
- Own transport is essential.
