Job Summary
The Reconciliation Clerk is responsible for reconciling all driver documentation and deposits received at the close of business. The role involves accurately capturing data into the Clover ERM system and ensuring all reconciliations are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in reconciliation and administrative tasks
- Fluent in Business English
- Advanced computer literacy
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities
- Reconcile driver delivery documentation and agent-generated documents
- Check and control reconciled invoices
- Follow up on queries and take necessary action
- Ensure all allocated driver reconciliations are captured
- Report deviations promptly
