Purpose of the Job
Sasol is looking for a Clerk to provide administrative support to a team and ensure day-to-day office operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and schedule appointments
- Book rooms and conference facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Organise meetings and take minutes
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- File documents (both electronic and hard copies)
- Type letters, reports, and meeting notes
- Maintain calendars and event schedules
- Process invoices and expense records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Answer phone calls and direct messages
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or N3 Certificate
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
