Purpose of the Job
Sasol is looking for a Clerk to provide administrative support to a team and ensure day-to-day office operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Book rooms and conference facilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Organise meetings and take minutes
  • Manage office supplies and stationery
  • File documents (both electronic and hard copies)
  • Type letters, reports, and meeting notes
  • Maintain calendars and event schedules
  • Process invoices and expense records
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Answer phone calls and direct messages

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or N3 Certificate
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
