Job Purpose
The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for managing the front desk of a Fitment Centre, providing operational support and business consultation to customers and staff. This role includes processing sales and insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Handle face-to-face and telephonic sales

Provide expert product advice to customers

Meet sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets

Ensure accurate and quick claims processing

Liaise with customers on correct excess amounts
-
Collect payments to avoid financial losses

Maintain accurate records for stock control
-
Ensure correct ordering to prevent service delays

Utilize scheduling systems to maximize Fitters’ productivity

Ensure the Fitment Centre runs at full capacity

Follow buy-out procedures for stock

Adhere to PG Glass policies and standards
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Knowledge & Skills:

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel)
