Job Purpose

The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for managing the front desk of a Fitment Centre, providing operational support and business consultation to customers and staff. This role includes processing sales and insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle face-to-face and telephonic sales

  • Provide expert product advice to customers

  • Meet sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets

  • Ensure accurate and quick claims processing

  • Liaise with customers on correct excess amounts

  • Collect payments to avoid financial losses

  • Maintain accurate records for stock control

  • Ensure correct ordering to prevent service delays

  • Utilize scheduling systems to maximize Fitters’ productivity

  • Ensure the Fitment Centre runs at full capacity

  • Follow buy-out procedures for stock

  • Adhere to PG Glass policies and standards


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel)

  • Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Key Skills:

  • Handling customer queries and complaints

  • Working with colleagues, franchisees, and suppliers

  • Ensuring efficient service delivery
