Customer Service Consultant – HARTMANN South Africa

Job Description:

HARTMANN South Africa is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to provide excellent service by processing orders efficiently, handling customer queries, and supporting the company's commitment to being best in class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints by identifying issues, providing solutions, and ensuring resolution.
  • Escalate queries and complaints to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing orders and credit notes.
  • Prepare correspondence, quotes, and provide product knowledge to clients.
  • Release back orders when stock is booked in and complete back-order reports weekly.
  • Keep the out-of-stock notice board updated.
  • Ensure all returns are processed, and customer credits are completed.
  • Sort post and internal print work.
  • Manage sample requests and ensure correct distribution.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and update customer records.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • SAP experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent planning and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
