As a Data Capturer, you will be responsible for capturing, sorting, and managing data with precision, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You’ll also play a key part in administration, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Verify all physical tickets against extracted reports.
- Ensure that the information in the reports matches the physical tickets.
- Categorize and organize data in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and use.
- Ensure all data handled is kept confidential and adheres to company policies and industry regulations related to data protection.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or issues.
- Daily communication and reporting on any discrepancies found.
- Consistently meet set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Computer literate.
