Purpose of the Job

The Distribution Requirement Planner will manage demand and supply dynamics for Paraffins and Medium Wax products. The role involves inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational planning to ensure efficient stock movement and fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create stock movement orders to fulfill demand requirements.

  • Align planning with internal controls and business practices.

  • Assess transport and storage capacity needs, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

  • Develop strategies to address capacity shortages and minimize risks.

  • Recommend target inventory levels to Planning & Optimisation.

  • Contribute to business case development for acquiring new assets.

  • Manage inventory risk and execute transactions for Catalyst material in Eurasia.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Diploma/Degree (B.Com or equivalent qualification).

Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.

  • Business analysis and risk assessment

  • Process improvement and decision-making

  • Strong collaboration and planning skills
