Role Purpose
The Distribution Support Administrator (DSA) provides quick and accurate administrative support to IFAs, IFA practice staff, and consultants.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Office administration qualification or Business-related degree (NQF 7)
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in financial services (essential)
Insurance industry experience (preferred)
Experience within the MDS Sales environment (advantageous)
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Processes: Sales and Service Experience
Understand end-to-end processes for various product lines.
Identify and address inefficiencies in business processes.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Present quotes and relevant documents professionally.
Manage new business processes efficiently.
Process application forms and liaise with Financial Advisors and practice staff.
Maintain and update records in the activity manager.
Log and track activities timeously.
Monitor and manage business pipeline.
Engage with Business Consultants on quotations and pipeline business.
Provide administrative support for planned marketing calls.
Utilize and provide training on online tools such as Power BI and Campaign Master.
Act as the primary contact for online navigation inquiries.
Record all training interventions.
Provide support to national branches when needed.
Report process and system failures for improvement.
Handle service center escalations and follow up on cases promptly.
Client Advisor: Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct professional internal and external engagements.
Maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
Deliver service level agreements to meet client expectations.
Provide authoritative expertise to clients and stakeholders.
Make recommendations to improve client service.
Support IFAs and practice staff through training on online capabilities.
Keep consultants updated on pipeline and new business activities.
Collaboration and Self-Development

Continuously develop expertise in industry and legislative knowledge.
