Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our Fleet department. We are seeking a Fleet Clerk at our Phoenix depot, who will report directly to the Fleet Controller. The successful candidate will assist the transport team by ensuring that relevant legislation and transport administration are adhered to, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Record fleet maintenance data using software like SAP.

Complete general transport administration tasks as required.

Process orders and apply PTP principles; file documentation appropriately.

Follow up on accident repairs, document the repairs, and charge the costs to the relevant department.

Control spare key box cabinet and coordinate obtaining quotes.

Reconcile Standard Bank account and order fleet cards from Standard Bank.

Allocate costs to cost centres and distribute where necessary.

Record ODO and hours operated weekly.

Update key performance indicators monthly.

Maintain vehicle files and service records.
-
Create purchase orders and ensure compliance with buying procedures.

Update daily out-of-service report and distribute it as instructed by the Fleet Controller.

Record daily breakdowns and distribute fleet reports to the fleet analyst on time.

Update SAP Fleet Database with license details and manage updates in the Fleet Master.

Manage fuel controls (daily and monthly) and handle the fuel reordering process.

Ensure the vehicle maintenance plan is distributed and that vehicles are available for service and repairs.

Verify physical assets as needed.

Coordinate forklift gas tanks and main bulk gas tank inspections.

Ensure pre-trip inspections are collected and filed for audit purposes.

Manage vehicle tracking and close out any related queries.

Charge distribution for accidents or abuse and provide necessary administration.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Matric with 2 years of relevant fleet administration experience.

Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
-
SAP PM experience (advantageous).
