Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the business unit with regard to general assistant functions while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures. The general assistant will be required to assist in various areas of the business unit based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers and drivers with accurately prepared orders.
- Assist with loading and offloading of vehicles.
- Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers and suppliers with loading and offloading.
- Ensure that yard stock items are neatly packed and accessible.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and loaded safely.
- Provide assistance regarding workshop/joinery services to customers and suppliers.
- Accurately complete Wash Bay activities.
- Ensure store shelves, boards, and other stock items are neatly packed and accessible for customers.
- Uphold and promote the company values and culture.
Job Requirements:
