Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide full administrative support across the HR value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning tasks with the line manager.
- Deliver end-to-end HR administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and regulations.
- Handle HR queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records and information systems.
- Provide management reports as required.
- Assist in planning and managing operational budgets.
- Engage with internal HR teams, client departments, and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve HR knowledge and methods.
- Support project teams on ad-hoc tasks when needed.
- Evaluate performance and address learning needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum: HR Post-Matric certification (NQF 5) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of HR administration experience
