Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide full administrative support across the HR value chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning tasks with the line manager.
  • Deliver end-to-end HR administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and regulations.
  • Handle HR queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and information systems.
  • Provide management reports as required.
  • Assist in planning and managing operational budgets.
  • Engage with internal HR teams, client departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve HR knowledge and methods.
  • Support project teams on ad-hoc tasks when needed.
  • Evaluate performance and address learning needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum: HR Post-Matric certification (NQF 5) or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of HR administration experience
