Discovery Invest is looking for Indexers to join their Talent Pool. The role involves classifying, registering, routing, and indexing documentation according to business requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and assess received documents
- Classify, register, route, and index documents for different departments (Vitality, Invest, Health, and Life)
- Perform data capturing with accuracy
- Meet daily targets for both quality and quantity
- Continuously update product and clinical knowledge
- Handle general administration tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer Literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 60% accuracy
- Good English communication skills
Advantageous
- Previous Capture/Indexing experience
- 1 year of Administration or Customer Service experience in a large corporate company
- Experience with Discovery's in-house system Paradigm
- Bilingual with the ability to read Afrikaans
- Proven record of meeting targets with low error rates
