About the Job
We are looking for FICA Call Centre Agents to assist with customer verification, compliance checks, and document processing. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to assist customers with FICA verification.
  • Guide customers through the FICA compliance process, ensuring proper document submission.
  • Verify and validate customer identification documents in line with FICA regulations.
  • Accurately update customer records on various systems.
  • Resolve FICA-related queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous call centre, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy & experience with CRM systems beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work day or night shifts, including weekends & public holidays.
  • High attention to detail, customer-focused, and reliable.

  • Day Shift: 06:30 - 14:00
  • Night Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
