Core Description:
This role focuses on project coordination and administration, handling various projects and service requests from customers. It involves planning, quoting, scheduling, execution, and closing project tasks. The successful candidate will also ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and close out customer projects and service requests.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Scope of Work, Authority to Proceed (ATP), project plans, and cost sheets.
- Store and organize project files in a central repository.
- Register and update projects in the Octane PMO register.
- Support customer engagement teams in meetings, planning, and customer updates.
- Provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
- Schedule resources and coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers.
- Manage project stock — provisioning, planning, usage, and stock on hand.
- Ensure clear communication with customers about installations, updates, and follow-ups.

Minimum Requirements:
