Programme Overview
This 12-month learnership programme includes both theoretical training (aligned with an NQF qualification) and practical work experience. It is designed for individuals with a Grade 12 qualification who want to develop professional and workplace skills.

- Business Accounting
- Mathematical Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to HR departments, improving workplace efficiency and managerial effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- 0-1 year of experience (No prior experience required)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administration and data management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Perform HR analytics and reporting to aid decision-making.
- Provide customer-focused HR support to employees and managers.
- Assist with employee movements, including promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Support change management processes and HR projects.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and process execution.
