Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Delivery Assistant to support Learning Delivery Management and Admin Clerk with administrative tasks, coordinate learning activities on SuccessFactors LMS, and deliver regular reports to management.

Job Description
As a Learning Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Administration:
- Collaborate with the Learning Delivery team and Scheduler using SuccessFactors LMS to compile and monitor training schedules.
- Ensure availability of required venues, stationery, training materials, and other consumables for training activities.
- Maintain Kumba and SETA databases for learner registrations and capture progress.
- Process learning records accurately within Service Level Agreement time limits.
- Assist team members and learners with queries on time and attendance.
- Compile monthly reports on training activities for relevant stakeholders.
- Manage bookings of external training providers and maintain accreditation records.
- Maintain a database for training requests, requisitions, purchase orders, and notifications.
- Process requisitions and purchase orders for external training providers.
- Maintain accurate records of learner information and Portfolios of Evidence (POEs).
Document Control:
- Process all documentation per company policies, procedures, and document control principles.
- Assist team members with document preparation following company templates.
- Maintain attendance registers and other training documents.
- Compile and maintain Portfolios of Evidence (POEs) for learners.
- Store and retrieve documentation and learning records securely.
- Distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders.
Logistical Arrangements:
- Arrange local travel and accommodation per Anglo American travel policies.
- Organize venues for training shift interventions.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Assistance:
- Assist the Learning Delivery team following company policies within your level of competence.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- SA Driver’s License Code B
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a learning delivery administrative environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SuccessFactors LMS.
Recommended:
- Secretarial Diploma (NQF4)
