Job Purpose
Nedbank is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to management by planning, coordinating, and managing business activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive diaries, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters) on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport).
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare reports, memos, and invoices.
- Order equipment and supplies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years secretarial experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in managing executive functions
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
