Job Purpose
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties within the Operations Resources function of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and update day-to-day queries.
- Type correspondence for the Operations Resource Coordinating Centre.
- Assist the Coordinator with raising accounts for specific incidents.
- Maintain filing and record systems.
- Collate data, produce statistics, and manage the technical information library.
- Prepare inventory lists and manage equipment inventory.
- Keep electronic databases updated.
- Perform secretarial duties at Centre meetings.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- Computer literacy
Preferred Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and an Administrative Certificate
- 3 years relevant experience

- May act in a more senior position when needed.
- Must be prepared to work shifts and anywhere within the Authority’s jurisdiction.
