Job Overview

MiWay Insurance is looking for a recent graduate to join its procurement team and gain experience in supply chain decision-making. This role involves ensuring compliance with procurement policies, managing procurement systems, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Assist in managing procurement systems and workflows.
  • Enhance operational efficiency within procurement governance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve procurement processes.
  • Apply data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology (Essential).
  • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain & IT (Advantageous).
  • 0-2 years’ work experience (Procurement/governance experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Searchlight) and MS Office, Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
