Description
We are looking for a Product Consultant in Pretoria to drive product and service exposure, increase sales, and help achieve targets by representing the company in-store and growing the customer base within the forecourt.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience Management
- Manage customer vetting and registration
- Oversee the rental process
- Gather feedback to improve services
- Monitor and manage equipment inventory
2. Inventory Management
- Store, track, and maintain equipment
- Ensure devices are charged and ready for use
3. Managing & Ensuring Compliance
- Ensure brand, HSSE, and site compliance
- Escalate non-compliance issues
- Provide reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Reporting & Insights
- Provide feedback on successes and challenges
- Escalate red flag issues for quick resolution
- Share insights from customer interactions
5. Administration
- Capture daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track sales and customer interactions
- Address customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum Experience:
- 2-3 years’ commission-based sales experience in a retail environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-management and time management
- Effective administrative and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy
- MS Office literacy
