About the Role
Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is looking for an experienced Receptionist for a 5-month fixed-term contract in Cape Town. The role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Receiving and transferring calls

Booking boardrooms and ensuring cleanliness before and after meetings

Overseeing office cleanliness and managing cleaning staff

Enrolling visitors and staff into the system as needed

Assisting with meeting room bookings and facilitation
-
Managing office stock, including detergents and cleaning supplies
-
Reporting incidents, queries, and occurrences to the Line Manager

Safekeeping of company assets (e.g., laptops, office equipment)

Monitoring and replenishing tea and coffee stock

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential

Three to five years’ experience as a Receptionist

Experience managing a switchboard

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

General health and safety knowledge (advantageous)

Business Administration Diploma/Certificate (advantageous)

MS Office Certification (advantageous)
