Job Description:

WeBuyCars is looking for an energetic and organized Receptionist to join the team at our Gqeberha Branch!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Handle basic invoicing tasks.
  • Client Support: Assist walk-in clients and dealers.
  • Office Systems: Maintain office systems and ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support Vehicle Sales and Buying Personnel with admin tasks.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the link between the branch and Head Office.
  • Office Maintenance: Organize and manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and other documentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand vehicle industry terminology and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual: Fluency in two languages is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Professional and clear phone communication.
  • Personality: Positive, strong-willed, and able to manage heavy workloads.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Residence: Preferably living in Gqeberha or nearby areas.
