Job Purpose
To support the Sales Division team with specific process controls, administrative tasks, and financial support, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with administrative services for day-to-day operations
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements (flights, car hire, accommodation)
- Process credit card reconciliations and expenses on the Visa system
- Process purchase orders (e.g., events, service providers, etc.) on the GP system
- Obtain approval for trading terms and capture them on the E-Trade App
- Capture deals on the system, ensuring pricing and order details are correct
- Handle queries related to pricing, hierarchy, account numbers, etc.
- Capture claims/provisions and consolidate into the FSS
- Consolidate Fixed Selling Schedules (FSS) and balance monthly with Finance
- Attend FSS meetings with NCMs monthly
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Essential)
- Business management related diploma (Desirable)
- 2-3 years of Office Administration experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pricing and claims management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customer service relationship principles
