Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Sales Division at Premier Corporate in Waterfall, Gauteng. This role will support the sales team by providing administrative and financial support in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management and Travel Arrangements (flights, car hire, accommodation)
- Processing credit card recons (weekly allocation of credit card slips and monthly processing of expense recons)
- Processing purchase orders for various items (events, upliftment books, lunches, flowers, service providers) using the GP system
- Obtain approval for trading terms and manage them through the E-Trade App system
- Capturing deals on the system, ensuring pricing matches, and handling pricing and account number queries
- Maintain and distribute the deal pricing list to NCMs monthly
- Capture claims/provisions daily and consolidate them into the FSS (Fixed Selling Schedules)
- Regularly update Sally/Tallies on the E-Trade App
- Conduct weekly FSS consolidations and balance them with Finance on a monthly basis
- Monthly FSS meetings with NCMs to ensure alignment
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Essential)
- Business Management-related diploma (Desirable)
Experience:
- 2-3 years of office administration experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pricing and claims management
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer service relationship principles
