Main Purpose of the Role

Sell the company’s services and solutions while building and maintaining a strong client base.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • Maintain and grow an existing client base
  • Find new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Respond to client complaints and service enquiries promptly
  • Be a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and services

Sales Performance:

  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Achieve sales targets and consistently close deals
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable)

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the logistics industry
  • Sales Track Record: Proven achievements in sales and lead generation
  • Skills: Strong negotiating, selling, and client management skills
  • Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Tech Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Research: Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
  • Teamwork: Able to work independently and as part of a bigger sales team

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Matric / Grade 12
  • Proven Sales Success: Track record of achieving targets
  • Advantage: Post-matric qualification in sales (bonus, but not required)
