Main Purpose of the Role
Sell the company’s services and solutions while building and maintaining a strong client base.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
✅ Client Management:
- Maintain and grow an existing client base
- Find new business opportunities and generate leads
- Respond to client complaints and service enquiries promptly
- Be a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and services
✅ Sales Performance:
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve sales targets and consistently close deals
- Follow company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in the logistics industry
- Sales Track Record: Proven achievements in sales and lead generation
- Skills: Strong negotiating, selling, and client management skills
- Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
- Tech Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Research: Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
- Teamwork: Able to work independently and as part of a bigger sales team
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Matric / Grade 12
- Proven Sales Success: Track record of achieving targets
- Advantage: Post-matric qualification in sales (bonus, but not required)
